Cisco IP Phone Recovery using TFTPd32 (without CUCM)

Hello!

If you are in network permitting only static IP address,
It has been old legacy way. but I believe that someone need this recovery tip.


Prerequisite

1. Cisco IP Phone firmware (.zip file, you shoud extract the firmware file.)
2. TFTPd32 server utility


Procedure

1. Set static IP address on your PC




2. Run TFTPd32 server and configure the options.






3. Factory Reset the IP Phone using the button (# 123456789*0#)



4. after connecting the IP Phone and wait.
   the phone will get IP address and download the firmware files from TFTPd32.





It's done!

after rebooting, you could configure CUCM TFTP IP address.
