recent, I experienced strange issue.
PC that was connected IP Phone(no Cisco. maybe Ericson) experienced packet loss intermediately.
IP Phone was wired Cisco 2960X switch. but phone call is no problem.
after investigate several way, and I could find the cause.
EEE is cause.
EEE energy saving option was enabled on Cisco switch default.
and the IP Phone that does not support Cisco EEE makes problem.
there is configuration how to disable the EEE.

Switch# configure terminal
Switch(config)# interface gigabitethernet1/0/1
Switch(config-if)# no power efficient-ethernet auto
